The DBT Skills group will be an 8-week online group aimed at equipping participants with a toolbox of practical mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation skills. Here we will journey together through the crisis of COVID-19 in a way that encourages an increased understanding and awareness of ourselves and others that leads beyond simply surviving, but rather thriving. This group is structured in a way that allows members to take what is learned each week and practice in their personal lives before returning to group to process the experience and identify areas of needed continued growth.
DBT Skills group will meet online on Monday evenings from 5:30p.m.-7:00p.m., beginning Feb. 15.
$50 per session.
