Online DBT Skills Group 

The DBT Skills group will be an 8-week group aimed at equipping participants with a toolbox of practical mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation skills. Here we will journey together through the crisis of COVID-19 in a way that encourages an increased understanding and awareness of ourselves and others that leads beyond simply surviving, but rather thriving. This group is structured in a way that allows members to take what is learned each week and practice in their personal lives before returning to group to process the experience and identify areas of needed continued growth.

Processing Grief


In this group you will learn to be more connected with the shape of your grief through the exploration of internal processes, change, grace, connection to self and others, fear, relationships, and more. 

The group will last 8 weeks and is open to any individuals seeking to engage the grieving process related to the death of a loved one.
