Showing up to therapy is a courageous step and the healing process is an intimate, very personal journey. I’m glad you made the decision to invest in your or your loved one’s mental and emotional well-being. Life’s demands can feel overwhelming, leaving us stuck in patterns, unsure how to cope, or uncertain about the way forward—but you don’t have to navigate these challenges alone.

I work with both individuals and couples, offering a compassionate, collaborative space where authenticity is valued and every story is honored. My passion is helping clients explore deeper layers of their experiences, make sense of what has shaped them, and discover their inner strengths and resources for healing. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative. I draw from Attachment-based, Systems and Psychodynamic theories. I am trained in couples counseling, family systems theories, trauma counseling, somatic work, and career counseling, with attunement to multicultural worldview. I utilize techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and experiential methods. Sessions are shaped by the unique needs of each client, honoring the complexities of their lives. I welcome clients from any worldview and am open to Christian integration, should my client express interest. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate.

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with focus on Clinical Mental Health. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Whether we meet virtually or in person, my goal is to support you in self-discovery, growth, and finding what brings you healing; while helping you to build the skills and confidence to live a more grounded, meaningful, and fulfilling life.

In the past I have worked with clients addressing Life Transition & Identity Work, Depression & Grief, Boundaries & Self-Worth, Professional Challenges, Somatic Work & Nervous System Regulation, and Mindfulness. Regarding couple’s and relationship counseling, I have experience working with issues around Communication & Conflict Resolution, Emotional Intimacy & Connection, Attachment Wounds in Relationships, and Co-Parenting. I also accept clients for Pre-Marital Counseling.
